Janelle owned and operated Body Ambition Fitness for 10 successful years. Having transformed many lives physically she became empowered to help others transform not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as she had after the tragic loss of her sister.

Janelle teaches you how to step into your power! Through her words, actions and guidance she helps people connect positively to their body, mind and soul which is why she has created Mind Muscle Studio!

Working with Janelle and her trained team will bring back energetic passion into your life by teaching you how to focus on putting yourself on the top of your priority list. Investing in yourself to build a healthy lifestyle that consists of building self-confidence, self-love, and self- connection giving you the total life transformation that you deserve. She does this by incorporating physical movement, holistic nutrition, mental coaching, and spiritual healing for an all-encompassing lifestyle shift. She gives you the tools to create a healthy lifestyle not just physically but emotionally to live a life at your highest frequency.

    Dana started as a member of Janelle’s old business, Body Ambition Fitness in 2015. Her passion for fitness & the gym started when she was a senior in high school (2002) which is where she has spent all of her free time SINCE! Her hobbies include being certified in Group exercise training, Spinning, and TRX. She is a mom of two beautiful girls 22 months apart. Her love for body mechanics, mind & muscle connection, making the most of your workouts, and helping people find a love for fitness are a few of her life goals. Dana is the girl who’s always looking to make you feel the burn & get the most bang for your buck. She’s a big advocate for quality over quantity, which is why she will always be that instructor checking out form and helping you safely make the most of your workouts.

    Clarissa became a NASM certified Personal Trainer in 2016 after graduating University. Two years prior, she had discovered a love for resistance training that managed to cure a multitude of physical ailments and even her depression. She began training in the Boston area while competing in her first Bodybuilding competition. The ability to transform her body but also her mindset about the role in which fitness can play in our lives, inspired her to help others in their own wellness journeys. Since becoming a mom of two children, and experiencing the same setbacks that many postpartum women face, her method of bodybuilding focused training has evolved into a more comprehensive and holistic experience. Clarissa has a passion for driving her clients to achieve the physique of their dreams, while building a strong body and mindset that surpasses the challenges we face in our busy lives.

    Certified NASM Personal Trainer and Keiser cycling instructor, Jenna started training while at the University of New Hampshire in 2022 and has trained men and women ranging from the ages of 19-50. Jenna has a positive attitude and is motivated to help her clients see long lasting results. She has taught a variety of classes such as HIIT, strength training, cycling and core focused classes and specializes in strength and functional fitness.

    Favorite thing about strength training:  Looking and feeling strong. Not only are you transforming your body aesthetically but mentally as well. Strength training is like a form of therapy for me.

    Dawn has worked with and alongside owner, Janelle Monteiro since 2011.

    As a former self proclaimed cardio queen, Dawn had gained 20-lbs as a result of the depression that followed a family tragedy. In a twist of fate she began to train with Janelle (at Body Ambition) and her life changed forever. After being coached by Janelle as a Lifestyle Client and after losing 30-pounds in three months time, she decided to switch to the Show Prep Program under Janell'e’s guidance. She then discovered an inner drive and passion like never before. Dawn placed as both a bikini and figure competitor - 2nd place at Fitness New England in 2013 and 2nd place Boston Fitness America in 2014. As she competed, her passion for fitness grew and she began training under Janelle to learn the ropes as a coach. she is now an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Lifestyle Coach, Certified Spin Instructor, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Health and Wellness Coach YMCA and STOTT Barre Certified. “I LOVE to share with others the passion, joy and well-being that is the driving force behind the success of the Janelle’s programs.”

     

  • Alyssa has always been active, dancing since the age of 3. At 24 years old she started strength training and learning more about the importance of nutrition and became very passionate about fitness and started competing in the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion (WBFF) federation. Eventually she became a WBFF professional and now enjoy coaching & creating posing routines for clients. 

    Along my the journey she’s had a lot of ups and downs, struggling with PCOS has had it’s challenges but has helped her become even more passionate about overall health and wellness.

    “I understand the difficulty of trying every fad diet, working out hard and not seeing results and struggling to sustain results. I know my experience can help inspire others to feel comfortable in their own skin and find what best works for each individuals needs and I hope to help motivate them along the way.”
